Returns / Refunds Policy - UK & International

1. MrFrame.com customers have the right to return all glasses purchased from MrFrame.com to the company within 7 working days from the date the order was received by the customer, and receive a full refund or be offered an exchange of glasses. This includes returns due to any manufacturers faults, or unsuitability of the glasses.

2. Damage which becomes evident after 7 working days is not the responsibility of MrFrame.com , and the company is not eligible for any claims made after the 7 working days have passed. Wear and tear, or mistreatment of the item by the customer is not the responsibility of MrFrame.com and no refund or exchange can be made after the 7 working days have passed.

3. Returns to MrFrame.com should be sent back to the company complete with any tags and labels within 7 days of the customer receiving the items. Once we have received the goods are received, unless we have been notified of a fault with the product, will be checked for damage. Once we are satisfied the goods are in their original condition, customers will be given a full refund.

4. Please contact our Customer Help Line on 0870 836 8710 or email us at help@mrframe.com if you wish to return an item.

5. No glasses can be refunded or swopped once a prescribed lens has been fitted.

6. We will credit your account once the Product(s) has been received by us and has been checked to ensure that the returns policy has been correctly adhered to. As soon as this has been completed we will refund the full amount paid. Please note, on items which were paid to by credit card, we can only make refunds to the card that was used to place the original order, unless this has expired.

7. In terms of international customers, MrFrame.com recognises that it can take longer for items to be returned to us, due to postage. Internatational customers also have the right to request a return / refund within 7 days of receiving the item. When posting the item back to us, it is the International Customer's responsibility to collect dated proof of postage as confirmation that the 7 day period has not passed.

8. When items are returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have proof of postage and send the item by a trackable method, such as by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If this is not adhered to, and the items are not received back by MrFrame.com , MrFrame.com is not responsible for items lost during transit.
